I have some questions about My Surgery?

I Just had a Pectus Excavatum Correction Surgery. They Did The "nuss" Procedure and used Two bars because of my height. I had the surgery friday and was wondering how long the after pain and feelings will last...I really can't stand this. Also what is the best way to get up from a flat bed?
