Please help me trying to stop my fiancee from gettin extradited?

my fiance got arrested in new york where we live at and sc had an arrest warrent for him and they have a hold on him cause of it i was wondering who can i talk to about getting the hold off of him (like hes probation officers supersive or south carolina department of corrections )so he can get out of jail
