Is my birth control messing with my hormones?

I've been on Implanon since April and now I'm having pregnancy-like symptoms. I lost a pregnancy back in March so I'm very familiar with the symptoms. My breasts are sore and leak a little clear/white fluid, certain foods make me gag and I feel like I'm always having to pee. The one and only thing that is really keeping from taking a test is I've been having somewhat regular periods, although they last almost two weeks. So, my question is, is this my birth control causing this or something more?
