Help with Nissan quest A/c?

I have a 2000 Nissan Quest SE. I have a problem with my air condition. I have frequently fixed the problem and filled the freon. Within a couple days, my A/C would stop working. The problem usually is that it is leaking or a part has broke. I have had this problem many times. I am wondering if there could be a clog on the A/C Line that can create this problem ? I also think that the Orifice tube may be clogged. Can this create this A/C problem? Thanks!
