My 2003 jaguar is leaking some kind of oil and smoke coming out from air cond. & belt area. please any idea?

My gess that the oil and the air are broken and that the oil is build up the smoke my gess is that the water is leaking and the engine heat is causing the smoke. Just take it to a specialist and have it checked
