How much should it cost to repair water damaged subfloor and install flashing on an exterior deck?

House was built in 2005 and the is no flashing on the deck (12 *10). It has been leaking and damaged the subfloor in the kitchen. Need to replace an area of subfloor approximately 12*6 and install flashing on the deck. Exterior is vinyl siding.
