Cat will not stop !!!! ?

her name is grace ( bc she's gry :P ) but she licks EVERYTHING ! If I breath on her she just keeps licking ! My hands, my feet, my eyes, my ears, my lips, my nose ! She likes the taste of me of something ? Lol how can I get her to stop she been doin this sense she was a kitten . She's apout 12 months old . Middle size not that fat but fluffy lol . :) so what can I do to make her stop thanks :))
