Can two different types of snakes mate?

can two different types of snakes mate like a corn snake and a milk snake or a northern water snake and a ribbon snake or maybe a black rat snake and a garter snake well i found a ribbon snake and it had a underbelly like a norther water snake and i found a black garter snake(witch is uncommon where i live they are gry) (i live in ohio) that had the underbelly like a black rat snake
